ABOUT CLINT
Born and raised in Toledo, Ohio, Anthony Clint Jr., is a Billboard-charting music producer, author, and sync licensing strategist recognized for his versatility, professionalism, and commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, Clint has held himself—and those around him—to a high standard, guided by discipline, structure, and long-term vision.
Music has been a constant presence in Clint’s life from an early age. Raised in a deeply musical family, his passion began around the age of four with a curiosity for drums. “Both sides of my family are full of musicians, singers, songwriters, rappers, and producers,” he recalls. “I remember waking up most mornings to my dad making beats and bass lines with his mouth, while my mom walked around the house singing. Music has always been a part of me.”
By age seven, Clint was playing drums in his parents’ church, an experience that laid the foundation for his musical discipline. He later learned piano, which naturally led him into music and audio production by the age of fifteen. Grounded in faith, Clint has always viewed music as both a gift and a responsibility. “God has blessed me musically for a reason,” he says. “I never take that for granted, and I intend to use that gift fully.”
In 2005, Clint moved to Columbus, Ohio to attend The Ohio State University, graduating in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science in Human Ecology. During his time at the university, he became deeply involved in the local music scene, connecting with bands and vocal ensembles including the African American Voices Gospel Choir. Through these experiences, he shared the stage with artists such as Onitsha, Jonathan Dunn, Tonya Baker, Camille Betton, and Amante Lacey—gaining invaluable exposure to high-level musicianship and live performance.
In 2009, Clint founded Clint Productions LLC in Columbus, Ohio. Less than a year after graduating, he earned his first major industry opportunity, co-producing music for Musiq Soulchild alongside Dwight “Skrapp” Reynolds. This milestone led him to relocate to Atlanta in 2011, where he continued to expand his career.
Since moving to Atlanta, Clint has worked with Grammy-nominated artists including Tamar Braxton, Case, and Tiyon “TC” Christian. Alongside artist work, he has built an extensive catalog of placements in television and film. His music has appeared in productions such as Keeping Up With The Kardashians (E!), Black Ink Crew (VH1), Catfish (MTV), Nappily Ever After (Netflix), the NAACP Image Awards (TV One), and the Emmy Award-winning series Born This Way (A&E), among others.
Today, Clint’s work extends beyond production into entrepreneurship, authorship, and community leadership. He is the founder of Sync Producer Hub, an award-winning community designed to help music producers create placement-ready music for TV, film and media with clarity and structure. Through Sync Producer Hub, Clint emphasizes systems, consistency, and professional standards rather than hype or guarantees.
Clint is also the author of the I Make Music Not Excuses®️ Journal, an Amazon International Best Seller that challenges creators to embrace discipline, ownership, and creative follow-through. His philosophy centers on helping producers stop restarting, build credibility, and create music that continues to work long after it’s made—on their own terms.
