Do I retain full copyright to my songs?
Yes. You will retain full copyright to your songs. We only hold the copyright to the music we produce.
Will I have exclusive rights to the music?
You will have exclusive rights to the custom tracks that we produce for you. "Quick Beats" are non-exclusive, which means we lease the beat for you to use and you may not be the only one using a particular "Quick Beat".
What if I am using a track for an album that will be sold and distributed?
We will email you a contract for an agreed royalty amount and discuss further details.
How long do you keep files?
We keep any files pertaining to your project for one month. After that they are deleted.
If I send a CD or tape to you will I get it back?
Unfortunately, we do not mail back any submitted material unless we are mailing your finished project to you.
Can you help me place my songs in the industry?
Sorry, we do not help with song placement.
How will I receive my finished project?
You have the choice of receiving your finished project via email or on CD sent via USPS shipping. However, if you have a larger project we recommend sending it on CD via USPS shipping.
How long will I wait for my finished project?
We will try and finish your project within a reasonable time without sacrificing the quality of the project. Depending on how much work needs to be done, we will press toward getting your finished project in your hands within 2-3 weeks.
